Shipping, Delivery, Returns & Cancellation Policy | Archify™

1. Shipping

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.

We currently ship to addresses within South Africa only. Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. Shipping times may vary depending on your location within South Africa and factors outside our control, including courier delays, weather conditions, load shedding disruptions, and public holidays.

2. Delivery

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available). Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking details to update.

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for orders that are lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery has been confirmed by the courier. If the courier marks the order as delivered and you have not received it, we recommend contacting the courier directly. We will assist where we can.

3. Returns

In line with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008, we accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date, provided the item meets the following conditions:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and in its original condition
  • The item is in its original packaging
  • You can provide proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)

To start a return, contact us at tryarchify@outlook.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect — in which case we will cover the cost or arrange a return collection.

Non-returnable items: For hygiene reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return once opened or used. This will be clearly indicated on the product page where applicable.

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

If you have not received your refund after 15 business days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then reach out to us at tryarchify@outlook.com if the issue persists.

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item or size, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • A photo of the item and packaging
  • A description of the issue

We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

7. Cancellations

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting us at tryarchify@outlook.com.

If your order has already been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled and will need to follow our returns process once received.

Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed within 3–5 business days to the original payment method.

8. Lost Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window and tracking shows no recent updates, please contact us. We will work with the courier to locate your package. If the package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or full refund at our discretion.
